Ritual No. 4 Balance bath tea blend contains balancing notes of tea tree and sage which emit a light herbal sweetness. Sage has been known to assist in keeping you in the present moment and stilling your mind, balancing the senses. Epsom salts are blended into this herbal bath tea and have been used for soothing and muscle relaxation.

HOW TO

• Add bath tea blend into reusable cotton bag and tie up
• Hang filled tea bag under hot running water while your bathtub fills
  
• Toss tea bag into tub to continue to steep
  
• Each bag is intended for 1 bath
