Quick self-care ideas that fit into your real life
As a mom to an almost 2-year-old who's also running a small business, life can get very busy and self-care often feels like something I have to put on the back burner. But here's what I've learned: self-care doesn't need to be complicated or time-consuming to be effective. Small, quick rituals throughout your day can make a big impact.
These five quick rituals are great ways to incorporate self-care moments throughout your busy day.
1. The 5-Minute Morning Shower
Start your day with intention- Drop an uplifting botanical shower steamer like Dawn on your shower floor and let the aromatherapy work its magic while you take a quick shower. The pure essential oils help awaken scenes and energize you for the day ahead.
2. The Naptime Aromatherapy Moment
